Rimmington is a small city south of Falador in free world. Though rarely spoken of, Rimmington actually has many distinctive features. The mine is a great place to powermine, the Crafting guild is a great place to range train, Melzar's Maze is one of the most memorable moments in Dragon Slayer, and of course the House Portal is featured here. Also, with the addition of the quest "Rocking Out" highly skilled players can now access a bank in Rimmington.

House Teleport: Only applicable if your house is located in Rimmington.

Crafting Guild: The crafting guild has many gold, silver, and clay ores to mine. Though being so far away from a bank it is not considered the best method. The crafting guild is also home to some great range training, especially f2p. The massive cow field is perfect for anyone who is just starting out, and the Hobgoblins across the way are perfect for power ranging.

Rimmington Mine: The most notable feature of the Rimmington mine is the amount of Iron ore. Though it is nowhere close to a bank (And even if you have done the Rocking Out quest it is still not very convenient), so therefore many players just powermine it.

House Portal (p2p): The Rimmington House Portal is considered the most popular out of all the choices in RS, and there is even a world dedicated to house parties. (World 31)

Rimmington has generally been a forgotten city in RS throughout the years, though with the addition of the House Portal Rimmington has had a new life. Before the House Portal Rimmington was only noteworthy because of powermining ore. The other major addition was the quest "Rocking Out" where a bank was added to Rimmington if you completed the quest.

Rimmington was also involved in one of the most infamous moments in RS history: The Falador Massacre. The Falador Massacre was when a player glitched out and was able to attack any player he wanted. This caused a massive hysteria in the community but eventually was dealt with. Rimmington started this moment as the player glitched out through a house party in Rimmington.

Witch's Potion: Start the quest in Hetty's house.

This city has very little relevance to anyone, let alone pures. Unless you have a house here pures won't really care much for this city. One of its biggest features involves a quest that gives defence xp (Dragon Slayer) so therefore has even less relevance to pures.
