Best training spots for F2P Pure (40 Attack)

I was just wondering what are the best spots to train strength and range on a 40 attack pure? Anyone got any ideas? I can also train in P2P as I am a member.

Generally speaking, rock crabs.

 

If you're 60+ range, fire giants personally, I like the loot.

At the current moment

 

40 Attack (Quested)

62 Strength

60 Ranged

56 Hp

40 Mage

15 Pray (Quested) (Regret)

Lol, yeah it sucks to get prayer unintentionally.

 

Anyway yeah, hopefully you did waterfall already, if you do it now you might get 41 attack. IF you haven't, then do the quest for Ogres (Biohazard I think?).

 

Or, just go to rock crabs with iron knives. What's your combat?

Ye I did Waterfall Quest and my combat at the moment is 49. I dont think I can do Rock Crabs until 99 because these stupid Snape Grass botters make the crabs go all over the place at waterbirth. I was thinking of doing Experiments at like 70 or 80 Strength but im not sure

Experiments are like 70 strength/range are good, otherwise stick to rock crabs or even train it up with dung like i did lol
