From my understanding, all levels include F2P worlds. It is only the fourth level that lets non-members have access to the 07 F2P section.

Replying to a has-been like prateek is conceding that he is in any way relevant to pure clanning in general. Being a part of two masser clans, epidemic and nme, doesn't make you knowledgeable on anything pure related. As for Zenith, I heard you had to pay $240 for your site back. No one in IR paid to take your site down, willing participants exist, readily available, due to the amount of hatred your clan has accumulated since it opened.
