I've only ever pked twice on runescape and that was way back in '04 so I have no idea about stats, weapons etc.
I have always wanted to start a pure and will be leaving school in a few months so I figured now was the time to start.
I don't really want to pay for another membership so I wanted to keep it f2p.
(tl;dr) What are the best stats/gear for a f2p pure?
I don't really want to be training for too long so level 70 stats would be ideal but would be willing to push to 80 max.
Any help is much appreciated :)

Hi everybody I'm Rob/iPhyXate. I'm 16 & despite having been playing runescape since '04 I still don't have a 99.
I've only ever pked twice and that was a few months after I started playing, I went out in my new shiny mithril armour and died, that was pretty much it, never went in again.
Now I've decided I want a pure and figured this was the best place to gather knowledge and hopefully share some experiences.
I look forward to meeting you all!
