    I'd say Dr. Dre over Eazy E just out of longevity that Dre had.

     

    Yes, this would make sense. Considering dying from AIDS does wipe off a bit of longevity.

     

    List as follows:

    Pac: All time great

    Dre: Out of the two, the man who shaped rap/hip hop into what we love

    Eazy: Boundary is no-where in sight for the amount of surprise this bro could deliver

    Biggie: Lyrical like a fox. just missed the message in terms of whole population
