At the very moment, Id get that mage up to 70.

 

then personally i would work your stats up together,

 

Example would be, Get 82 all stats, then 85 all stats.

 

And by all stats i mean Strength , Range, Mage only :D

Personally, I would get 60 attack. With 44 prayer, you are already a clan type of account instead of a solo type account so you might as well get the 3 extra levels for dds/claws/dscim.
