How many Zeal?

I'm turning into a P2p pker... I'm getting 50Att, then doing all of my questing.

Once I'm done, I'll be 50Att 71Str 80Rng 70Hp 13Pray and 58Cb.

 

I was wondering how much Zeal does it take to get from 75-80 Range?

I hate Sw, but I don't want the Hp.

And also.. How do I keep my activity bar full?
