I really couldn't take this topic seriously, sorry. I won't vote. So many excuses and two faced logic lol.

 

I'd rather be the best clan all out with everything on so there's no excuses than the best clan IF summoning is off, IF dung is off, IF there's a certain def cap, IF I can use rune gloves, IF I can use curses, IF I can use hand cannon, etc..

 

My solution all on to find the true best pure clan or all off to make sure there's least amount of ifs involved.

no if's = pk trips

this is arranged fights to see who is the best pure clan, (self explanatory that we dont want pure clans to compete in whos got the highest def/prayer averages rofl)

the two faced logic / many excuses for summoning to be off is simply that if it were on, half the clan would lagg out and it would be what clan has better computers and nothing else would really matter.

it makes perfect sense, miasmic is a spell, not a weapon, and OBVIOUSLY means that the staff would be the exception of this type of items not to use.

and summon is a skill.. really..? u realize defence is a skill too right? facedesk at logic.

and did you ever consider that not all of us have and/or wish to spend money on ''updating'' our comp just so that we can play runescape on hd rofl.

A list like that would be silly to say the least.

clans/teams have minis/preps weekly, some even daily, maintaining a list like this would be chaotic and pointless, the ranks would change rapidly, it would be annoying and unprecise, and many clans/teams wouldnt take part because of it being a waste of time etc.
