Personally I think you should stop moderating it as intensely as you do. Were all big boys and we can all handle a little flame. Just do normal moderation, remove porn, personal attacks, racial remarks etc. If two clans post the same trip, just merge them. It's getting annoying having mods lock any topic where there is a minor bit of conflict.

Look where "were all big boys and we can all handle a little flame" has taken us: our current situation.
