I was just wondering...whats the best set up to render a video off Sony Vegas (7) to achieve fine quality on Youtube? I always have high quality videos that seem fine on my computer, however Youtube seems to weaken it and alter the original video's quality.

Whats the best format to render/upload?

I understand a few of you guys get quite frustrated, but no need to cause trouble here.
