In my opinion it depends on the clan overall, some leaders work better now as there members will listen to their every word on vent/ ts. The locations can be called in audio and this makes it efficient for clan tactics. As methods of communication has improved so has clanning, however i feel that the old school method was entirely better, why?

Primarily, because people would concentrate on spamming calls ingame, so war's were more organised, now people hardly ever call ingame ..

It's as if amons the only guy that can control trolls and change a persons perspective and attitude, this guy is one of the best leaders ive come across. i dont even feel like joining another clan because it wont meet the expectations of cpr.

I would reopen a closed clan under the name Intense Redemption without the owner's consent and make it better than FOE is now. Then I will close FOE with my newly re-founded clan and reopen them under a different alias and repeat the procedure with MM. Then I will destroy the pure world by making all my members get 45+ def.

If one thing i've learnt through clanning and leading, is that Motivation is the winner.

Tactics, organisation are the central part to winning but they are only achieved my motivation,

I've listened to videos in vent and ts, the guy has motivation and so his members trust him and therefore organisation and tactics fall into place.

Dvual, i dont know you, but i hope you motivate your members just as well, best of luck to both.
