People talk in there if they feel like, usually when you ask questions etc. you'll get answers. Our Members are almost always in Ventrilo, and there's almost always people talking. About "Future Applicant", get active in our Community, intro on forums, chill in vent and you'll be given future app in Ventrilo, it's like an unofficial rank, but you'll get invited to events.

If you wanna give Outrage a shot go for it. Chill Community, few mini wars daily, improving Sundays ;). Outrage's improving daily.

The "hacking" was between 2 "friends", cannot connect that directly to Outrage. One guy gave his "friend" an account so he could join Outrage. A week later Guy2 sells out Outrage and backstabs his friend, obviously Guy1 is mad and takes his account back. You never attended any events, the only way i knew of you was by talking Crap on our Forums, I am glad you left. Good Luck finding a new Clan that fits you more though.
