Depends on the size of the unit and what you're doing.
Small team of ~5-10, yeah I'll bind for that.
A clan the size of Mayhem Makers? nahhh.
And then a look at what you're doing as well. Luring an idiot for his rune? Pre-fixed war (maze situation)?
In a war which has a reasonable amount of people ~65 people, binding becomes a notion in the back of my head as I try to survive instead.
When I used to join W57 masser clans I'd bring binds and TBs because I never knew what we'd face.

Website link doesn't work.

Yup on a fairly fresh account I can just hide in a corner at hill giants. 3 loads of bones and full rune.
Money is so pathetically easy to make in both F2P and P2P that there is no reason to go to the Wilderness at all.
-
TLP easily
Um, TH Vs Malice Matched F2P Prep
Malice.
BV vs Interitus F2P wild (no fi)
-
Here's to hoping Corrupt Pures rise up the next few months so CT/FI/TLP have a bit more fun in the Wild. The more the merrier.

Whats the point? So we can feel more self-important? I don't really give a **** about how random 13 year olds view me on an online game.
And for all your text walling and such that i actually bothered to read, you didn't offer any reasonable suggestions as to what we could do to increase our communities exposure so the rest of runescape.
The best way to get your clan known among pures is to pk regularly. If your clan dominates small teams in the major pking worlds every day, all the multi pkers, and in turn many of the edge pkers are going to know who you are, what your cape is, who your leaders are, etc etc.
The more people that know about individual clans, the more people introduced to our community as a whole. But as for trying to introduce people to our community externally, and not through recruiting them to a actual clan, i can't see it happening, because all the clans would have to work together to make such a thing work, and frankly i don't want to work with the majority of the clans because i dislike nearly all of them, bar a few.
the point is we can turn this community around, think of how people will change once we are more exposed. Clans will become more succesfull and bigger and there will be more and funner events, new people coming in and changing the way we do things, making it more fun. Possible jobs man, i would LOVE to clan for a living lol and that is possible because i see a great money making opportunity in this, once this **** takes off and we can show these companys and big corporations that this **** is popular they will see the sponsorships, they will get interested, but thats maybe 5-15 years down the road.
For what possible reason would the corporate environment sponsor a community which is self-destructive and full to the brim of players who break RuneScape rules, and some even International laws.
Besides, this game isn't one you could sponsor, pvp-wise. It's not a FPS or an RTS, and doesn't have the complexity of WoW PvP.
There is honestly no chance of ever being sponsored for what we do. Just enjoy being a pure in-the-know, have heaps of fun in your clan, make meaningful friendships with people and have a fun time 'scaping. The masses miss out, but who cares?

So from what I gather it was EOP vs MM and CT vs FI at the same time. Which then became MM + FI vs EOP vs CT (who fled).
Then it was MM vs EOP + CT
and then MM vs EOP with CT who drops in a lil' too close for comfort, getting shot by both MM & EOP. So MM hits the cave, CT leaves, EOP RG and MM rushes from the cave to do a 'clean' 1 v 1 again EOP, and wins.

Those other mains are Infliction.
Well done.
What about this one?
-
oh i see so 65 fi sniping + 85-90ish mm + 40 hf vs 100 foe dam son im glad to be foe and not be those clans that have to team to own the true crew =]
Yeh cause Foe didn't bring mains...
There's vids about and you can see MM right click Ultra ffs. So stop the bullshitting.
13th who was filming was hit 3 times by mains, each time wearing team-6 cape.
Excuse?

40, vengeance & rune trumps over addy.

I don't want to seem like a partypooper, but by voting for Illinois, the other regions will lose and therefore not get funding, correct? As far as I can tell, only the place with the most votes gets funding automatically, and the others do not.
I voted for his region, but I feel really bad for the other areas which will now probably lose the vote and get nothing.

GJ MM.
I wouldn't call the CA a complete clear since they were returning, but you still had a shitload after the initial rush, more than FoE. Foe was returning quite fast though and it seemed you didnt want to fight at level 12 wilderness.

Funny because this prep was supposed to be a confidence boost to MM and help get there midweek activity going.
Good job TLP, was very suprised the 3rd round came that close, especially after the tragedy that happened to MM in Round 1 and 2
Funny because I'm pretty sure we all knew we were going to lose. We wanted some practice in clw since it's been so long since doing it, so why not practice against the best? MM might have lost pretty badly but at least the people there learned something from it, it's a prep lol that's the point of it.
I wasn't there though, I went to the amusement park :(
GJ TLP
The point of a prep is to show the quality of members which one clan has. It shows that numbers don't mean everything and hopefully you learned from that ass whoopin', reminds 2 months back when you challenged TLP for a 1 hour P2P prep on Pw because you were banned from their irc, and look what happened to your ass. RIP.
The point of a prep is to practice... The wildy is for killing.
Only EOP would think CW is the place to prove how "good" your clan is lol.
It is where you show how good your clan is... In CLW there is no mains and if its matched even playing ground. All this prep showed is that MM is all #"s
You miss a lot of stuff doing it in CLW tbh. Such as returning, strategy (pushing, etc)
I think CLW does take a certain amount of skill, but the Wilderness proves things such as loyalty and dedication too.
Call it 50/50. MM didn't have the strategy here. But imagine this was the perfect Wilderness day (whatever that is) with no crashes, matched opts to start off with. It would've been different.
Unfortunately it's much harder to prove stuff in the Wilderness these days because so many people are up themselves and decide to ruin the fun of hundreds of people for a 5 minute ego trip and a topic which is forgotten 2 weeks later.

I'm an MM fan through and through, but that prep/mini or whatever you want to call it was amazing. TLP really mastered organisation and team work.
The first round had some verrrrry close calls, but 51 start 51 end... Impressive to say the least.
I don't pay much attention to minis unless it's MM, but I guess if I wanna watch some good ones I know where to go looking. ;)
On one hand I hope TLP grows a bit more so it can hold its own in the Wilderness, and on the other I hope it stays as is because you guys have a perfect formation.
Whatever the case, good job TLP, and chin up Mayhem Makers. We still love you! :P

20- or 25- def clans usually are more F2P based than the 30- def ones. 30- def clans allow 30 def for turmoil so they have a focus on P2P. I definitly would not put EoP or Foe as F2P clans. Foe always used to say that MM may be #1 F2P, but they (FOE) were #1 P2P.

MM & Fatality. Also the original Final Ownage. Not Final Ownage Elite.
-
Dunno, I was 1 wealthfaring on my lvl 110 main with rune scimi and bind runes, got koed for 22k loot and they were screaming 'gf bank'.
Yeah losing 22k breaks a lvl 110s bank...

Congrats Exiled. Nice to see you changed your mind about allowing 30 Defence amongst your clan. ^_^
Looking for clan (F2P)
in Clan Searching
Posted
With your CB range you'd want a Higher level pure clan.
This would mean checking out TLP, FI, FOE, EOP & MM.
TLP allow teleporting, and the others do not officially allow it although there are circumstances for each clan where they may be in the Wilderness and teleport. Usually out of combat.
Then it comes down to what sort of PK'ing you want and the clan-size.
TLP is more P2P based than F2P and they are very good in matched P2P clan wars.
FOE is based more towards a P2P aspect but they do more F2P events than TLP.
EOP, FI & MM do a lot more F2P wilderness activities compared to P2P.
Defence level ranges are :
1-35 Final Ownage Elite.
1-35 The Last Pures.
1-36 Eruption of Pures.
1-39 Fatality (please correct me if I'm wrong).
1-25 Mayhem Makers.

Good luck in your search.
