Many different options to train herblore, with lots of price ranges. Since you're going for 99 I assume money doesn't matter and you just want the fastest way, in that case I'd say around 400m`~

Just try out an hour. See how many chins you used and how much experience you gained. Can easily be calculated after that, obviously your exp per chin will increase but its a rough estimate.
