I have to be honest, I'm not sure if I like the idea of 40+ defence accounts being included in pure clans. It's understandable for 30+ thanks to the prerequisites for turmoil, but there is a line that shouldn't be crossed. In a way this may spark something to do with that, but then again there already exist teams for pures and rune pures in harmony. In my view, rune pures and tanks are not a mid-level clan, they're specialist clans dependent on specific levels - those whose loyalties would lie with the pure community should there be a choice. That was my main reasoning behind this :)

Thanks Hugh, really appreciate that. I do agree with you, and I do definitely admire the way the pure community as a whole has developed over the years. Would be sad for it to change, and hopefully what I'm proposing wouldn't compromise that. Also Swelly, there were plenty of people who were up for it, including PoT's leadership.

I appreciate this may be totally unwanted, so apologies if it is. But, to explain... Was recently considering opening a community forum for rune pures and pures, but decided against it as it would potentially create friction between these boards and any new ones. My question is would it be possible to create a subforum for rune pures, and perhaps tanks included too? Clearly neither of these are pures, but I see it as the path of least hindrance. Would boost the number on these boards, and hopefully it would integrate well. Let me know what you think, could be barking up the wrong tree here and I'm aware of that but it's always worth asking.
