I'd get 40 attack 90 str, 99 range, 94 mage and get ancients while keeping HP below 85.

40 attack makes the account an ideal f2p pker, while high range and mage keeps it very competitive on the p2p server

I also wouldn't get 52 prayer, as I think it's a waste of cb lvls until lvls 80 and above

I personally don't think Malice, Cy, or CP are going to be doing well for very long.

 

All three have been slumping hard lately and this seems to me like a very temporary breakthrough.

 

More consistent clans like IR DV and EoP will rise out of their slumps soon I think.

malice isnt slumping. they been pulling 40s consistent for the last month
