It depends on what you're going to do when the old account is unbanned. If you're going to play it, why waste time on an account now?

Spin flax. (Don't pick it! Buy flax from GE, spin into BS.) You about double whatever you put into it. (100k -> 200k -> 400k -> 800k -> 1.6M...) If you have some working capital, you can tan green dragonhides. I made about 670k doing that yesterday. I started with 1k hides (about 1.8m).
