Just outta curiosity, what's stopping you from getting 99 defence? Uniqueness?

Yeah uniqueness.

The only thing attractive about 99 def would be the max cape. But I don't play this game anymore, so what's the point of having that. And I absolutely don't want to do the quests. When I have free time I'll consider it.

That's a bad place to do FM, but nice.

I used to do so much PKing to Slow Motion by Juvenile. Recently I heard it playing on the radio and all i could think of was looting some full rune in those trees underneath giants.

Sucks being unable to use higher masters, I think that will get fixed though.

Slayer is more gear intensive and weakness oriented now, which is a nice change. I've only done a couple tasks so far and used momentum for each of them. From what it seems, using other abilities could be slightly better than momentum, but the abilities you use would depend on the specific monster you're slaying. XP seems to be faster now.

I've been considered a main for years. The definition of pure tends to increase in inclusiveness as time goes on. EOC's global def requirement increase is a great chance to go from a (generally) unquested 38 def account to a fully quested 50 def account. As far as most people on rs are concerned, I am still type of pure.

Will be doing the most important def quests and seeing how I like ~50, then deciding what to do.

Spend that 706M on your stats and stay 1 def. Do slayer if you want, I wouldn't do it at 1 def.

Each boss drops one type of item (gloves, 2h, legs...). The tier of the drop is random, higher tiers might be less common not entirely sure. And the person who receives it is random.

Very naive of Fi ranks to try and flame EoP after you witnessed the longest slump in pure clanning history pulling 20 on saturdays and having 10v10 inners.

 

3 years of pain

There's a difference between being in a slump for 3 years, and slumping 3 years ago. We did the latter, and have been thriving since. I guess is why EoP loves to bring it because nothing else negative has happened in those years.

What else can you do to stop your IP Address being leaked?

Well for one, only join TeamSpeak servers that you're comfortable going on, your IP Addresses are logged on all TS servers.

Secondly, don't register on other clans forums, as they're also logged from the moment you register.

Thirdly, watch the links that you click on, if you don't trust it 100% then don't click on it.

There are many other ways people can get your IP Address, but just be smart and don't give them an easy way of obtaining it.

 

Someone is DDoSing me, what can I do?

Firstly, if you have a dynamic IP address, simply turn your router off and turn it back on again after 60 seconds. This will force your ISP (Internet Service Provider) to issue you with a new IP Address.

 

If your IP didn't change then it means you have a static IP Address, but don't worry! Simply call your ISP and explain the situation and ask them to give you a new IP Address, most companies will do this without a problem.

 

Once you have a new IP Address, try to remember what you were last doing during the day and think of how someone could have obtained your IP, then simply avoid doing it again.

Crucial stuff right here if you want to do your pure clanning safely. Everyone should know this.
