Make as much money as you can with 99 range, via cannoning drags/avainsies and what not. Buy ags, get 75 attack and rip. Don't train strength untill 99range/mage + ags.

Sorta odd currently, but doesn't seem un-fixable. Start by training your range to 94-99, you can either do it a spot where you can make cash, or just go somewhere for quick exp. Then alch to 94 magic, you'll lose 8-10M alching. Then do some quests.

~RFD (Up to Addy Gloves) <- You're going to want to have MM finished for when you're on BH Worlds (not +1), and PVP worlds unless you're interested in risking whip.

 

45 Prayer wouldn't be a bad idea either, then just find a combat calculator and see how many strength levels you can gain without raising your cb level. Don't do anymore SW though, you need HP levels. After all this you should be just fine, you haven't screwed anything up yet, but you definetly need to complete some stuff.

get the 94 mage, then max out in range with something that could get you 75+ hp at LEAST. Work on strength lastly.
