[INC] New SMF 1.1.11 Forums

Inc now has a new forums, Feeling that the old forums where not up to date Inc now have SMFE 1.1.11 boards.

 

They are currently still being developed i'd estimate 60%ish finished just need to add the finishing touchs which make a forum beautiful. We also now have a .Com domain ~ www.Inc-Rs.Com
