I don't see how banning addy is retarted. Less weight, more prayer bonus, and thus more time for your +15%s and overheads to wreck havoc, no offensive penalties to magic or ranged.

 

Ah, but I don't want to start that here, I'll just keep on topic and say med helms look sexy as HELL.
