It's a good attempt mate. I'd say watch for composition. Dont add things just for the hell of it. Sometimes it works (i've done it before) and sometimes and it doesnt and well it just looks a bit messy. Like those lines all over the places, are really distracting. Work on that, and try to including them into the piece a little more.

I like the atmosphere a lot, so nice job on that. Also, dont feel like you have to include text on tags like this. It's mostly abstract, and you sometimes you dont really have a goal. Text could be better so work on that as well.

 

Overall, nice job, just watch out for the composition a little more.

I have always wondered how to make tags like this, with the cracked lines, I can never imitate it and get the same result.

If your talking about the white lines; it's just hard pencil and white drop shadow with 0 distance

Dont use pencil, use 1px brush and add a displace effect on it.
