Obviously it's not the whole story. A whole political idea can't be put into one paragraph. My point is that one of the main ideas in socialism is great (in theory), the problem is that people have corrupted it so it doesn't work how it should.

No, what I'm saying is that the idea is flawed as well.

Not all socialists believe that wealth and power should be distributed equally, but I personally believe you give what you put in. Which is something that is debatable over socialists. The idea of socialism is fair, it's just people who have made it corrupt. Yes taking from the rich to give to the poor is wrong, especially the poor who do nothing. But when you work hard and you may need aid from the government, that aid should be available, regardless of your social class.

You know, that's not the whole story. Do some more research.

Idiots don't understand socialism, so they listen to what the media people and biased college professors say about it, instead of gaining knowledge on their own from a reliable source and basing their own opinion.

People do that with a lot of things...socialism, Christianity, Michael Jackson...

I've been through 9 years of CCD ("sunday school") at my church, and have been confirmed. I still don't see any logic behind it, and don't say I haven't been open-minded through all the years of class, because most of the time I have.

If you sit in Sunday School and think they will teach you everything, you're sadly mistaken (which is also a problem in the church). It takes investigating on your own to understand.
