  1. I liked how you're only saying that the reason for EOP slumping is because they 'don't care anymore' when for months you were claiming the run will end, you will close fi and end it all. Now look where both clans are, huh. And by the way - only admins can see IPs so try again.

  2. Cons – In the past senior management was ignorant of the competition and thus lacked vision. Experience in the industry was seriously lacking in Senior management, it's positions being filled by close friends rather than with those possessing necessary skills and experience. Thankfully this is something that is changing, slowly. The original product has remained the golden goose and new IP must be developed for long term success. Any new products are likely to be hobbled by serious engine constraints, lack of imagination and forward thinking in decision making and direction.

Sounds like when Andrew was still running the company and it was at it's highest peak.

Very interesting that there also sacking perm staff and hiring temporary staff; how can that be good for any purpose especially in a games company where you may be working with someone on something then there sacked?

Easier to manipulate to get what they want, and if they don't it's less stress getting rid of a temporary employee. It also removes the strength in numbers as employees and it becomes more of a dictatorship style management (that's how I see it anyway).

  3. Can we get some skilling competitions up in this *****?

In my opinion the best thing for your organization would be more clan integration. I'm leaving this vague because there are shitloads of ways you could accomplish this and what you do is up to your leadership. Just saying that the more involved you are with clans, the more clans (and there members) will reference you. And then we've all got this positive feedback loop that keeps the pure world alive.

Also just general maintenance, there are some clan leaders that haven't visited your site in months. Changing their masks won't directly increase activity, but introducing requirements for the rank of clan leader will.

And what's up with the last 4 topics in this section, it looks so messy?

Skilling competition sounds cool tbh. Wouldn't be hard to track either, maybe a weekly event and we could probably get the backing from Jagex to give out some prizes.

As for the ranks, I'll go through them later. And the last 3 topics in that section have been removed, someone moved them and left a link for some reason.

people will just bot to win

Any evidence of botting and they'll just be disqualified.

hard to prove when some people literally play as much as a bot though.

it's the persons word against the rest - you can sit there and deny it 100% and just pretend you have no life, and it comes down to honesty.. which this community has severely lacked in recent times.

i do support the idea to get the community involved though. even though i no longer attend clan events, or even play a pure for that matter i still visit these forums frequently and still somewhat active in the community
