  1. You're only immune after warring, not gaining a rank from a clan declining. So if that's the case you have 48 hours from the first post to respond CP.

    Disappointing I have to go through such bureaucracy, but let's get nitty gritty.

     

    EF on their last day of immunity declared on TH. Meaning Cp's declaration doesn't count. On the other hand rule 7 clearly states the follow :7. After a war, the losing clan's spot will be locked for 7 days, so they are graced with a rest period to regain momentum, from their war date. (they cannot be declared on). The winning clan is awarded immunity, they cannot be declared on for 7 days.

     

    Thing is there was no war, therefore there is zero point to having a "rest period," especially for the victorious clan. Since Cp beat Outrage through means of an automatic win there should be no rest period.

     

    So where's this immunity coming from?
