The reason I made this topic. Not too many high level pures in any clans can call it fun when they are being targeted by high level mains owned by pures

it was no fun at all, so i stopped, used a low lvl pure for E and changed w3st. If your not having fun then adapt so you are....

Well no ... thats true. And i never said we were #1 in runescape, but for 6 weeks running we were #1. So that shows quite a lot imo, 1 year ago we were about #8.

And why have full outs when your having fun owning every1 at the weekends? This game is for fun, not to prove 'e-****' to people like you that take it far too seriously by the looks of it.

in the last 10 weeks of E being open, E were #1 for 6 weeks, MM #1 for 4 weeks....

Alright I was just wondering what everyones opinion on 30 defence was. To be honest 30 defence is NOT PURE. First of all that's 7+ combat levels. You have access to more armors that give you an advantage over pures who have 1 defence. In F2P you have a hell of a lot better chance to tank. In P2P you have access to robes that have such a boost advantage it's unreal.

 

Now on to prayer.

 

53 prayer is the same combat level as having 52 prayer. This is a neccesity because people WILL PRAY AGAINST YOU AT ONE POINT OR ANOTHER and you need something to help drain their prayer.

 

Anything above 53 prayer is IMPURE. I see a lot of "pures" today with 70+ prayer. That's a good 2 combat levels above what is needed so how can you call yourself pure if you have those stats?

 

This isn't to bash anyone with 53+ prayer or 30+ defence. This is just to show you how much of an unfair advantage 30 defence "pures" and "pures" with 53+ prayer have over people who are actually PURES.

pures were made to be the best they could be at a low cmb lvl. To KO people with low hp. (mains)

If your saying a 1 def pure at lvl 80 cmb would lose to a 30 def pure at 80 cmb in p2p due to the advantages of 30 def, i dnt see why everyone doesn't get it.

my idol was dutch leader, hiei who i used to pk with AGES ago way before he was maxed, cyal8rloser, fear figment and the original cha0s pur3

so i usually built my accounts around them, i did 20 def like dutchy, then high str and att. i had reasonable range and mage but barely used them in 1v1... it was the old wildy days of the "real honour" so no one would farcast or rush you in edge lvl 1.

So yeah, with that account i pked at edge lvl 1. 1v1's with melee.

i hate those 60-99-1 accounts with 40 range/mage

and yeah, so do i now adays. Edge is not the safe zone it was, where you had to ask for a fight before you attacked, and no one would rush or farcast you.

i guess the 60 99 1 - with low range n mage were good for the old wilderness of 2007 in edge 1v1, but pretty useless now adays.

the whole clan world is on top of you.. you barely have any members.. no1 knows you.. your not in the top 10, probably not even close..you probably dont even have members above 60, or that can even wear addy weapons
