Please don't flame, your clans closed.

Didin't need to mass for 3 weeks, to go from pulling 85+ to 40, thats minus 45 drunk, just incase u needed help.

  2. Chain, I am not against the idea of ingame recruiting, but that's not what you guys do. As seen in the above picture, you simply mass up 10-15 people to go to bh worlds on Saturday. The people you invite to your trips rarely ever attend another event, never go in your IRC, never intro on your site.

We recruit ingame and the only way you can come to our trips is if you apply on our site. We have a category called "Full member applications", I'm sure you are familiar with the words :Slim:

Cool, so we agree that in game recruiting is a good way to bring up new pures into the community. You guys make them apply while CP allow's them to come aslong as they post an introduction or have TeamSpeak and register on our site. I personally don't see the worth of making someone apply if they aren't going to actually enjoy your clan. That is why I'd rathar have them come to an event and check out how we do things first. Then, if they enjoy the trip, they post an application on our forums. I also feel this is a safer way of recruiting because they will personally know someone in the clan. That will help them learn what to do faster because they actually will have someone they can ask for help.

  3. Well what else do you call it then? How the hell is it "Ingame recruiting" if the kids never app or never show up to your events ever again? What's the point of you having a member? The point of you being called an official clan? No flame, but I think you know where I'm getting at here.

I am assuming you are talking about CP. Now, lets say someone wants to join your clan but are unsure if they will enjoy your trip, why would you go through the trouble yourself, or make them go through the trouble, of applying to something they aren't sure if they want to dedicate themselves to. Now for the most part, speaking for CP, we make sure they can access our TeamSpeak or atleast Register/Intro on our site to see what the community would be like.

How does EOP do it? (:

  4. It's only massing when cp does it bro

if other clans do it it's called specialised recruiting.

Yea thats kind of what i'm getting at. I saw a clanless dude with CP's reqs, asked them to join, then I get bombarded in PM with "MASS RECRUITERS?!??!!?" It's lame lol

    lol yo chain

    Sup Juanito

  5. Lets say you see a pure that meets your clans requirements in game, do you feel it is "mass recruiting" asking them to join your clan, or do you see it as a opportunity to take advantage of?

Personally, it doesn't matter to me. In my opinion making an attempt to recruit people outside of the "pure clan world" already is showing a lot of effort.
