If your looking for a strong F2P based clan, I can only back up what everyone else has said about Epidemic.

As other have said you don't meet the requirements at the moment, but there's nothing stopping you from posting an intro and hanging around in our IRC to get to know our community and get the feel of the place :), and I can assure you, once you feel E's community, you won't wna leave :D
