I can see what mm is saying, but rules are rules and we should stick to them but.... if mm does this then that means any other clan can also say this? so it will not work out mm..... Just deal with it for now i guess ;/

I'm having a hard time understanding what you're asking, so I just took that much out of your post. After a war, both clans positions are locked for 7 days, no one can declare on them and they can't declare on anyone. Aka, resting time, yes.

Say you were leader of the #1 clan

Wouldn't you find it pestering if the same clan is just going to declare every 2 weeks, that is hardly time for improvement?

Decline the war if your number #1 and cnt handle it :) simple.
