New year New start. Adversity, back in it's day was a clan known for its organization and warring skills. We were a mid lvl PCL era clan, with very dedicated members and great organization. We competed with very many clans in our time, and gained alot of respect through our fights. WE never backed away from a fight. We held our heads up high and gave it our all even if we were outnumbered by 20 or 30, or up against lvls far greater then our own. Due to recent changes, to the wild.. and PvP I've decided to give it another chance. I've spent a very long time tracking down a lot of our old school members, and on the way finding some very nice dedicated and new members too. We've spent alot of time getting everything set up, before we opened to the public. We wanted to be GOOD, by the time we opened.. not just a clan who is struggling to get by. In our first two days opened we've managed to have pulls of 13 and 11 to mini wars. We don't want to stay low/med lvl forever, we want to compete and one day become a top clan competing with the top 5 right now. If you want to contribute your personal skills and abilities bringing everything you have to the table.. and NOT just be a stat of another high level clan who pulls 100's of people to trips.. if you want to actually be known and become apart of something great... so when you can look back, when Adversity is sitting at the top and know that you were apart of it.. you helped it grow.. your contributions is why Adversity is as good as it is....... well then, Adversity is the clan for you.

If you plan on Joining Adversity, please keep in mind we PRIDE ourselves on our warring skill.. so please be willing to follow directions, use your head, and be very disciplined. If you don't know how to do something just ask a question and we will teach you.

Went undefeated today I believe,
3-0 against EOD
3-0 against CS
2-0 against Ravage.
Maxed with a pull of 11, not bad! :beerbang:
Eod fights, I think ended with 3 or 4 everytime. (was 7v7 ish)

Last round we were playing around and ended up loseing, Good Job Av.

Some of you know, probably most of you don't.. Adversity, a well known clan back in the PCL era has re-opened with some new leadership.. and some old.. anyways, to kick off our new start we dedicated this weekend to mini wars.... to improve our skills, and knock off the rust we've had.
I do not know the exact stats to all of the mini's so I'm just going to post a montage type of topic... We started off with OD, they fought us hard but we managed to pull out 3 wins (outnumbered..) The first round was a 6vs 7, with us ending with 2. The second round was a 5 vs 6, with us ending with about 4. I could not attend the last round so I do not know the exact stats, just that we won.
Later in the day, we fought EoD.. winning once, losing the series overall.. but it was good practice and our members gained some good experience fighting another good clan. (also did not attend this one)..
We then fought VD, shared victories.. and the last war was nulled due to claims of 1v1' zone, and praying.. but overall probably the least fun out of the fights.. due to all the negativity. still good, to have our members go through it.
We finished the day fighting EOP, (peaking at 13 members) We got beat the first two rounds but managed to grab a victory the last round (with one extra member, 9 vs 8). The fight went down to the wire, ultimately going from 5-4 to 4-4 to 4-3 to 3-3 to 3 -2 to 2-2 to 2-1, to a 1 vs 1.. but luckily we managed to pull out the win... longest mini war I've ever attended took about 10 minutes of pure fighting. lol... due to the EOP member binding and attacking with range from a distance and draining our players energy. very close fight very entertaining to watch. would like to take this chance to thank EOP for giving us the experience from fighting them. Was ALOT of fun.

Alright, I'm going to make my Colts-Jets prediction now and I'll wait later for my Vikings/Saints prediction.
First off, we need to get some statistics (regular season, playoff stats are based off 1 or 2 games and not accurate) out of the way. The Colts have the best quarterback in football (2nd in total yards, won MVP) yet have the worst rushing attack in the game. The Colts rushing yards ranks dead last (32nd) in the NFL. Not something a playoff caliber team should have. What does this mean? The Colts are a one dimensional football team, they rely on Peyton Manning and that's it. They have an average passing defense (14th) and a below average run defense (24th) which begs the question why does their defense get so much credit? The only bright spot are their pass rushers and the New York Jets will not be passing a whole lot. Now lets look at the New York Jets statistics. They have the best pass defense in football and an above average run defense (8th) which makes the #1 defense in football. The Jets also have the #1 running attack in the league yet a very poor passing offense (31st) which makes the Jets a one dimensional running team. Which is better you might ask? The obvious choice here is the New York Jets. The Colts will win the first half in most likelihood, but I highly doubt they get more than 2 touchdowns and have many of their red zones trips turned into only field goals. The Jets will completely own the time of possession game. This doesn't matter for the Colts quick strike offense, but it is a completely different story for their defense. With a poor running defense the Jets will just keep pounding the ball away and the longer this goes on the more the Colts defense will get worn out. The Colts have one of the smallest defenses in football as well. They will tire out a lot easier and faster than most teams and the Jets will dominate the 4th quarter. The tired defense will eventually give up a big run or two and that's all the Jets will need to win because they will keep the score close. The only factor that can really change this outcome are turnovers. Mark Sanchez is being kept on a huge leash right now and they are playing him really conservatively. The Colts pass rushers though will probably get a sack fumble out of him but the Jets will get their turnovers as well. Peyton Manning isn't invincible, Ed Reed intercepted him twice last week. All it takes is a tipped ball or a big play on defense. The Jets will win this close game through their powerful running game and dominating defense. The Colts will have to play near perfect football if they want to win and I just don't see that happening.
The jets rely on their running game, but Sanchez manages to throw 5 picks in a game (from time to time).
the colts run enough to keep the defense honest. they are ranked last because they are 31st in the league in RUSHING ATTEMPTS.

Ffs your getting off topic man, This is about beating the colts, and Peyton Tactics never change. All Nfl teams look at previous games in the playoffs... proven fact, and most of the time it was against the Patriots, fact. How is he belichick getting old? It's about the players not the couches. And how the **** was the Patriots defense never this good, when they went 16-0.. seriously, and they blew every team out in that season. Also for all the players getting old, there's a draft for a reason, and look at all these new NFL stars this season, we can obviously get some sort of talent with ease, and beside that fact i believe Moss is having internal issues same with brady, because he just had a kid, and moss was always weird. One last thing, the Patriots beat the jets fairly mid into the season, best defense what?
There is no way the Jets are going to shut down such a high powered offense as the Colts. Peyton isn't Carson palmer, or Philip Rivers.. his blood runs with batteries, his IQ readings break computers, let alone defenses..Peyton Manning is not human, he is a machine.. and there is no way that a streaky Jets defense is going to stop him. Look at what happened during the regular season BEFORE, the colts took out their starters. the defense, was not stopping anything.
Keep in mind, the Jets best pass rusher Sean Ellis has a broken hand.
look for it to be closer then the ravens game.. but not by much. the superbowl bound Colts take this with ease, and tell Sanchez to stick to the bench eating hotdogs.. 'Freeney and Mathis are looking to eat him for dinner.
Your only hope is the Jets running game.
