I think WAR would be better to start, since it's a mpc (thus it's smaller), and it's more community based I guess.. Applications are closed at the moment though, but I'm sure you could attend events, just hop by in #war-rs on IRC.

Getting 92 herb, 70+ sum, 99 str and hp obviously, but I'll get that while gathering charms, and instead of a halo I just might get slayer helm. Not too fond of mercenary gloves since Rune gloves also provide strength bonus, which I can use for mauling/poking. Ty guys, xoxo.

Lol got climbers. Yeah, might get summoning, buy an archer and onyx just for the heck of it. getting 99 hp and strength as a first goal, not sure about pray yet cause I might get 92 herb first. xoxo
