You'd be better off including what kind of signatures you're looking for and what type of payment you're willing to give in return (if any). Some of my favorites here that share their work are Mikey and Aidan, you could probably reach them via PM here on site.

I think they're good to have. They build respect and provide entertainment across clans, which this community lacks. The reason we don't have more of them is because if you do have a strong alliance you'll be let known that you are weak or can't compete alone and you'll also have your clan tags mashed together to create a new witty one.

PirateBay for torrents. Graboid is good for downloading. They put a limit on your downloads though, you can bypass via multiple ways but it can be a hassle.

Carnage is no longer around. I think a lot of people carried the same feeling you are expressing leaving Carnage to result in short lived life.
