People are immature due to the changes in RS. Not to say they weren't imature before the updates- it's just worse now... I agree with you though, old, pure forums really seem to bring out the idiocy in many players. Imo, the top 10 clan list should be locked, maybe atleast from friday-sunday. This would reduce flaming by a huge degree... Without forums, its my opinion we would have significantly less conflict. Forums just simply make flaming too easy.. its a habitat for morons to group together. On a side note.. Pure warfare is a hundred times better than pure community. Moderators do an extremely good job, so overall things have gotten a little better.

Firecapes should be lost when you die imo... Otherwise, your just decreasing the rareness of the item. Plus, half of the people who buy firecapes don't really deserve to be pking with them. I'm mostly at a null stance on the issue, seeing as I rarely p2p pk. Gl with the topic though, i'd be impressed if jagex actually took notice.

I completely agree, theres a lack of large prep fights these days. People seem to have forgotten how much fun 50v50 wars are. If two clans can simply put ranks aside and learn to just have fun, its perfect. Glad to see this happen. FOE is the one clan I don't mind loosing to, they're high class when it comes to warring 8)

Idk, these topics are sortof pointless to me.. But I think you should join EOP, you would fit in with their levels and they're one of the best f2p clans in CW. Either that, or just join a clan that you have friends in. When my old clan died, I joined CP because most of my oldschool friends were apping. CP was a good choice imo (nothing like it is today), wasn't a decision i regretted making... even though i'm in epidemic now.

^Or people who messed their accounts up due to the 2007 combat style glitches. 7 defence wasnt worth keeping, with 20 i can still solo pk easily in f2p. Hitting 18s with range, at 78 combat, wearing mith, ko'ing with corrupt baxe... And I wreck 1 def pures.

2006-2007 was mainly 1def- 20 being rare, 2008 was 1-20 def, 2009 was 1-25 def, 2010 addy will become common in clans, 2011 we're all rune pures, 2012 we all die. Sounds like its time to quit runescape

I know you pretty well badger and I think your best options would be E, EOP, TLP... not sure about new clans like tgg or eod; they can go in any direction and its not always a good one. But really, the best alternative to E i think would be to go clanless or nh :?

Good topic, heres the most notable people who have affected my where-abouts in rs. --- Massimuz - old school dutch scaper, introduced me to pking. Used to go out with his team f2p'ing on my main a lot in like... 2006? Random guy at castle - back when castle pking was popular (above edge), I met a guy who was multi logging with two of his accounts with basically the exact name. After i ko'd one, he logged in and killed me with the other.. This inspired me to create a second account- Jetman_927 which was a twin to my main Jetman_729 who I have not trained since. Devil Kiss X- My first pure clan leader, I was in FL for about 1.5 years so she was pretty influential to me. Very dedicated leader.. quite likeable too, easy to respect. During the TP era, Jibs' crazy war tactics made me enjoy clanning again :P. I also knew to0k ur sk1m and gotspice2 who were good friends at the time. Honey garlic, made me respect the art of warring.. umm `Rage from CP (in his prime) was a very cool guy too.. very smart at times.

Basically anything thats not wearing rune is considered pure these days. People easily slap mith on rune pures and use them for mini wars, ive seen it done. Imo, 1-25 is the limit.. infact, 25 in the old days would be PUSHING it. If your 26-39 defence, then your account sucks and its time to make a new pure.
