Members would be preferable to train but you don't need to. Range/2h are the most common/dominant account in f2p (unless you get g2h) Prayer is a hassle in f2p and would probably regret it if you got it.. unless you're 80+ in str or range. I can't say too much about dungeoneering but it does take about 60 something dungeoneering to get enough tokens for g2h if thats what you're looking for. Oh.. and quests are pointless in f2p
