Depending on what that is, that can be argued. Explicity is "low level".

And how can you say when they left so did all of low level clanning? Before they showed up theyre was low level clans, its not like they were the first. Theyre actually the reason we are here now.

Yeah I think when summer rolls around, clans will sprout up like its nobodies business.

Theres practically a drought in "low level" clans ever since Ravage died. The lowest leveled clan is A, then you have Ex, Bellum, and I mean thats really it. CH pulls like 30 opts and theyre levels dont compare at all to these clans. EOD is pretty much low-med. Idk, can I haz moar clanz?
