anything i gotta do before i get 45 pray? i've done restless ghost/priest in peril, cbf doing mountain daughter?

 

 

also as a side question(s), what fuse and prayer to use while chinning, and will 30k last 80->94

Do every Quest you can do without going over 45 Prayer or getting unwanted stats etc..

For chinning I believe short fuse and Eagle Eye Prayer are best.
