Unless you've already joined negative i'd strongly reccomend EoP with those stats. I think negative are level 60s or some ****, and you'd fit in more with people your level, as well as the reasons other people have listed before me.

Many clans you could go to but i wouldnt go to control or Zenith tbh, Tribulation and Negative have really good communitys and tlp has great trips
