is 94 str and 77 hp for 77 cb good enough for staking any suggestions? and can someone list me quests needed for rune gloves + stat wise Reqs plox =D

Not good stats for staking at all. You need high hp to stake.

^ Also if your 20defence it isnt wise tbh the best stake is 75 75 1 and then 75mage / 80hp sol staker like 75cb also Nature Spirit is one quest i forgot the quest for dagonhai thats the quests that give defence XP for 20def stuff like rgloves dagonhai etc.

Not very good. Quests needed are like 5 of the 6 or 6 of the 7 RFD quests. They each require different quests, you'll have to check them all out individually

Train your range to like 95ish and your hp should balance itself out.
