First Time GIMP

Meh, first time GIMP. I don't even know how to move the layers or half the font options, don't know tools at all.

 

I'll keep working with GIMP and see how much I can improve, only know some of the basics atm.

 

Reasoning for using GIMP is because PS won't load for my computer, it just closes out when I do new project or w/e and choose dimensions.

I'd like some criticism which I expected in the graphics section, but all I'm getting is a bunch of garbage that has nothing to do with the topic itself. The point was to get some criticism on the banner not some criticism on the clan. If I wanted criticism on the clan, the clan discussion forum is much easier then the graphics forum to get attention.
