Still needs a lot, a lot and i mean a lot of work. use 1-2 gradient maps, use contrast and vibrance, maybe some photo filters, the blur tool, and the sharpen tool. Some curves would be nice.

Kk, I'll look into it. I did use 4 Photo filter and crated shadows and light in the river which was my main goal. I did try a few gradient maps but it kinda changed the image but I'll give it a go and not sure where to use the blur tool. I don't want to sharpen it since I want that 'haziness' in the image. But cheers.
