Getting back into RS with pure - help

So after a while im gettin back into rs but before i commit to membership and buying mills I need to suss out

-money making,

-whether or not to continue my pure or get back into my main

-reliable and safe PAID bots that are out in the market.

also i heard pures are getting nerfed?

And yes, pures are probably going to be all but dead.
