OK, So on mIRC it shows OPs/Halfs/Voice etc all in black and the only difference is the @ % +. Is there way to make them the colors of IRC on SK for example?

Tools->Address Book

 

Check "Enable Nick Colors"

 

Click add, change the mode to "@" and select the color red. Repeat for % and +, then make one for "no mode" and make it whatever color, should take care of it.
