No, the designer is a very good friend of mine, the flash image is one aspect to the introduction page, we prefered that layout then to use the layout which everyone else is using with a title and a youtube video.

Domain, Host and having the IPB License are three different things :P

 

Carnage-rs.org is their domain.

 

To have IPB on your own host you need to buy the license and pay for a host.
