Training Str

Hey I'm looking for a good way to train str/hp without having to SW or waste cash on pray pots. Anyone know a method?

The Monkeys on ape atoll, level 124. if your 80+ str already and have mm done they're fine. There's an altar right there so you can recharge when your prayer is low, so no ppots needed. Take antipoisons so as that the spiders dont poison you because they're aggresive at first.

Yeah Suggestions will have to be

 

- Ape Atoll gorillas (Speed Training)

- Rock Crabs

- Experiments

- Train through Slayer (You can make some cash from this method)

 

You won't have to spend a dime on anything.

You will make some serious cash from herbs. :)

Try Flesh Crawlers in the SOS. I get about 180K and around 18-20K strength exp per hour at level 50 combat. Should work well for you :).

Ok I will try out the ape atoll place. Rock crabs and experiments are far too slow at my level.

Ray, Do that quest called Haunted Mine, Do the sub-minigame where you kill Tarn-Razorlor.

 

Now with a couple of 100 P pots, hit up Skeletons in chaos tunnels with your Salve amulet(e), You get around 30% added bonuses, with supers possible more.

 

It's epic.

i just bring a half invo of trout or cakes.

Fleshies are decent, able to afk. I usually get 200k+ a trip with 20k xp

 

Bring a strength pot and it goes faster. Did it from 70-80 I think.

What Ceejay said but with banshees under the well after doing smoking kills. You do have to buy ppots but you either profit or break even on the drops.
