The PCL is a place where clans that want a place where they can just find a clan and fight them fats in CW and not have to wait 30 minutes for a war THIS IS NOT KILLING THE WILD they can pk on saturdays or when ever they want to pk the rules have been argued about so im going to say pretty much what they are right now.

 

1.1-20 Defence armour only

2.overheads " CAN BE DECIDED BETWEEN LEADERS"

3.no 1v1

4.one single round, decide the map yourself

5.Clan Members only

6.No flaming - its practice for a real war.

7.THERE IS NO CB CAP IF UR A LOW LVL CLAN AND DONT WANT TO FIGHT A CLAN WITH HIGHER LVLS THEN DONT FIGHT THEM LET THEM FIGHT OTHER LOWER-MID CLANS
