As much as I think low lvl clans do not work out anymore I would say just train to med lvl reqs... and Join a Med clan.. Preferably Fatality but if you dont want to train and stay a low level for ever give these two clans a look

 

#Divine-Brutality

#Vigilance

 

Both of an expirenced leadership who are quiet friendly and they both know how to F2P War :)..Good luck on your decision
