Whats is considered to be a low level pure combat , med level pure combat, and a high lvl pure combat?

mid is lvl 4

high is lvl 2

Well i just started a New Clan, We will Be low level. With a Combat Cap of 70. Our highest level is about 68, atm with our lowest being 44.

There can be really high levels in a low level clan, but the downfall is they wont be able to talk anyone so whats the point? this is why low level clans are strictly around 40-70 combat, but their are low clans with 80s and 90s. like others said, if everyone around you is green, then use a lower account until higher combat members join your clan.
