I'd say CP because they don't play by the rules and are total badasses at this game. They'll be more than glad to take you although i'd recommend getting 40 def as you'd benefit CP more.

You would get into DP because you're stats make up for turmoil, but DP isn't in PCT. Join EOP or CP if not DP.
