EOD is mostly 50s and 60s. And sefket uses a lvl 57 on pk trips so u got a buddeh to stick with

Join a low level clan now or wait to join mid/high level clan?

if ur guna join a low lvl clan to actually be part of it for a long time and not just leave the clan after u meet reqs for a higher lvl clan, then go for a low lvl like EOD if not, join a high lvl clan like E -
