We have a few 30 defence members and whatnot but I guarantee we wouldn't accept anybody with 35 defence, **** that.

I never said 20 defence doesn't give an advantage, it does give you somewhat of an advantage yes, but some people make it out to seem that 20 defence is a huge advantage when it comes to pure pking. It doesn't take many people to KO someone wearing mith. People just try to go for 1 defence piles first because it would seem like the right thing to do. Im just saying, if you have the right organization, a clan in 1 def armour can easily overcome a clan in 20 def armour....but yes, the clan with the most mith would have the bigger advantage starting off.

Clearly your ego is much bigger than your *****. Why come on here and bait our topic, you should show respect for us if anything just because we gave you a damn fight. Our game is F2P, yours is P2P, not to mention all the extra advantages you have. Thats like HF setting up a F2P fight against The Titans/RSD/EOS or someone, you'd get merked lol. That has been said before, im not sure if it's words from a not-so-wise man, or some sort of irrelevant flame-bait, probably a bit of both. Either way, words are words and actions are actions, not gonna argue on PW with you folks, see you guys next weekend MM, hopefully in your own team capes. :cool:

Hey im just an inactive noob and it took me 5 years to get 99 range, stop yo hatin'!! Gj on the trip EOP, I was there for most of the trip, and it was alot of fun. I didn't expect to be seeing a topic like this after 5 years, in fact im not even sure if I thought EOP would still be around today, aswell as myself. Proud to lead this clan, and im proud of all the staff/members who are there today to make it all possible. Mad respect to FOE today for the clean fights, always flame-free which is a bonus, and respect to everyone on this topic who kept it clean and had alot of good stuff to say, including FI! Thanks guys.

The pure community has been getting worst and worst for years, and topics like these have also been made for years. It's nothing like it used to be, and all a load of ******** now really...and everybody is to blame, not only certain clans. It's a mix between every clan, and jagex played a role in making it harder for us aswell in a way. Nothing is gonna change really. I ain't even gonna try and fix the pure community because either way there will always be retarded kids who **** people off and act like idiots. I got other things to worry about rather than this horrible game lol.

Yeah ML sizes also comes into place, for example, if 50/96 EOP members are 20 defense, but 55/140 FOE members have 20 defense, that would result in FOE having the most people with 20 defense. Not saying it's true, but just throwing it out there. :tongue:

In my opinion, the reason we got so many 20 defense people, is because before, we used to have alot of members who just liked scape in general, and solo pking etc. so they kept as low defense as possible. Now, most of our members are older and have less time for scape, and only play for EOP/clanning purposes, therefore they got 20 defense to use to their advantage, perhaps because they don't solo pk as often, and because it helps them a tad bit in wars/pk trips. Another thing I want to point out, is that on saturday trips, having 20 defense/wearing mithril isnt much of an advantage, it doesn't take many people to pile someone and ko a pure who has 20 defense, it doesn't make them better tanks at all really....it's all about piles, and organization. If you can get a good 10 people on a 20 def pile, chances are they are gonna die pretty much just as quick as someone with 1 defense. Perhaps 20 defense just tooks intimidating, and people try to avoid piling it for whatever reason.

LOL @ DP claiming they owned the **** out of us the majority of the time they were open. In P2P, yes, and for a bit in F2P when we had that slump for a bit, other than that we dominated you for the rest of the 2 years you were open. We're always up for a prep, especially F2P. Although we've been doing lots of P2P preps lately aswell, im sure we could work out some sort of P2P prep aswell, although im 99% sure we'd get our asses whooped, that doesn't bother me...atleast it's a bit of practice for us, not to mention a good laugh. :)
